Commissioner of Revenue Scott Mayausky Endorses Delegate Bob Thomas

STAFFORD, VA –Today, Stafford County Commissioner of Revenue Scott Mayausky endorsed Delegate Bob Thomas for re-election to Virginia’s 28th House of Delegates District.

“I’ve worked with Bob as both a Supervisor and a Delegate,” said Commissioner Scott Mayausky. “I have found him to be willing to tackle difficult problems head on. Bob has a strong knowledge of local issues and business acumen that guides him in finding fiscally conservative and common-sense solutions. I trust Bob to continue his record of strong leadership in Richmond benefiting Stafford County.”

Thomas said, “I have worked with Scott for years – first as a Supervisor on the Stafford County Board of Supervisors, then as a Delegate in Richmond. He is a great friend and a true public servant that represents the best of Stafford County.”

Delegate Bob Thomas is a proud husband, father, small business owner, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and citizen legislator representing the 28th District, which includes parts of Stafford County and Fredericksburg City, in the Virginia House of Delegates. Prior to taking office on January 10, 2018, he served six years on the Stafford County Board of Supervisors representing the George Washington District.

He’s lived in Stafford County for 43 years, and is a product of the Stafford County School system having attended Anne Moncure E.S., Garrsionville M.S. and North Stafford H.S. Also, he is a father of two – both SCPS educated.
